Whiting Waterworks

We have an online bill payment option for paying your water bills.  Kansas Information Consortium LLC, an e-Government service provider has provided us access to their electronic payment services.  You may use your credit or debit card or create an electronic check using your bank account and routing number.  Please note that there will be a service fee added to your bill for processing the payment - 2.5% for credit/debit card payments and $1.50 for electronic checks.

City has implemented a $30.00 return check charge on all return check’s.
